The Digital Life Tournament kicks off this weekend, on the 8th and 9th of September at Chengu, China.
Sixteen players are set to attend this event; coming from China, South Korea and Europe -- specifically the Netherlands and Sweden.
The Chinese particpants are a mix of prominent and up and coming players. China's biggest star, Xiao Feng "Sky" Li attends the tournament and is considered one of the top contenders. Teammates Hao "suhO" Su and Zhuo "TeD" Zeng are also present in the tournament.
Another popular Chinese player to attend is Weiliang "Fly100%" Lu. Lu made waves in the last few months, being one of the few players being able to defeat Sky numerous times. He recently returned from a commendable effort at the grand finals of NGL ONE.
Several Korean players attend as well, starting with the roster of MYM with Jae Wook "Lucifer" Noh and Jang Jae "Moon" Ho. SK Gaming's latest recruits will also compete, with this tournament being the first for June "Lyn" Park wearing the SK tag.
Europeans Kevin "RotterdaM" van der Kooi and Kim "SaSe" Hammar add to the diversity of the tournament. Hammar has been residing in China in the past few months, while van der Kooi recently moved to China to experience China's Warcraft III culture.
